List of un-issued Dividend Warrants Due to Non Provision of CNIC. FINAL DIVIDEND FOR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2015.

LIST OF SHAREHOLDERS WHOSE DIVIDEND WARRANTS IN RESPECT OF FINAL DIVIDEND FOR FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2015 HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED

In accordance with the directions of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through its Notification SRO No. 831(I)/2012 dated July 05, 2012,it is mandatory for listed Companies to mention Computerized National Identity Card number of shareholders on the dividend warrants.

Accordingly, the Company has not issued dividend warrants in respect of those shareholders who have not yet provided copies of their valid CNIC despite of request of the Company through Nation-wide publications and personal communications with the shareholders.

Shareholders are requested to please provide copies of their valid CNIC to the share registrar of the Company at the below address enabling the Company to release their dividend warrants.
